System Planning

System Planning (or Project Services) provides system-wide strategic planning, performance monitoring, and implementation of continuous improvement strategies. Work is done to align activities and resources, and maximize outcomes for Fairfax County residents.

System Planning leads the development and implementation of an accountability framework for the Fairfax County Health and Human Services System, Results-Based AccountabilityTM, to identify and measure results of programs and services with the objective of informing decision-making and maintaining or improving performance.  The links below provide information related to performance management:
