Teachers -- Work directly with children in one of our programs:

Employees' Child Care Center

Child Care Specialists -- Provide services to child care providers. Assist parents seeking child care. Manage program areas. Conduct training. Consult in different areas of expertise (special needs, health, education).

Administrative Services Staff -- Use computer skills and administrative experience to provide support to Office for Children programs.

Human Services Workers-- Work directly with families to connect them to child care resources and social services.

Applying for Employment with Fairfax County

The county requires job applicants to submit a resume online through the AIMS system. If this is the first time you have applied for a position with the county, follow the link and create an account. It takes just a few minutes. Once you have established your AIMS account you can use the Resume Builder to create a resume in a step-by-step process, or simply paste in an existing resume.

Applicants who need assistance are welcome to come to the Application Center at HR Central, where staff will be happy to work with you to establish an AIMS account and get your resume into the system.
