Details

 

Note: SACC is closed for approximately one week at the end of the school year and two weeks before the next school year begins in order to allow for facility maintenance, center closedown and setup, and staff orientation.
   
Ages: Kindergarten graduates - 6th grade graduates
   
Hours: 7:15 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.
   
Lunch/Snacks: Your child will be provided with a refrigerated packed lunch and beverage each day. Snacks are provided in the morning and afternoon.
   
Fees: Summer program fees are assessed on a sliding scale and are based on gross household income. The summer fee schedule will be available mid-May after the fiscal year 2010 budget approval by the Board of Supervisors.
   

Enrollment:

To confirm enrollment, enroll your child, check your child’s status, or cancel a session, please call SACC Registration at 703-449-8989.
   
Cancellations:

If your plans change, please notify SACC registration as soon as possible. A minimum of two weeks' cancellation notice is required. You will continue to be billed, and are responsible for payment unless service is cancelled in advance.

To cancel SACC services, you can either call SACC Registration at 703-449-8989 or you can e-mail your cancellation to: saccregistration@fairfaxcounty.gov. A confirmation will be returned to you by e-mail.

Please be sure to include the following information:

  • Parent's Name
  • Child's Name
  • Account Number
  • Center Name
  • Session(s) to be cancelled (Summer session 1-8)
  • Last day your child will attend SACC (this is important for SACC billing purposes)
