Before you can receive your permit, you need to be certified in First Aid and Pediatric CPR. These are a few of the organizations in our community that offer First Aid and CRP training and certification. Please note: online CPR and First aid training will not be accepted as certification.
You will have your home health and safety visit by your child care specialist, and you must show proof from a doctor that you do not have tuberculosis.
You will have a fire safety visit from the Fire and Rescue Department to inspect your home for fire hazards.
