Ms. Alotta Taylor is a senior executive responsible
for planning, managing, directing, and implementing education
and outreach programs and activities within the Office of Space
Flight (OSF), NASA Headquarters, Washington, DC, and for providing
institutional oversight for these programs at the OSF Centers
(JSC, MSFC, KSC, SSC) and other associated locations. She is
the liaison for other Federal agencies, academia, and industry
to promote effective collaborations within OSF. She also is
responsible for providing advice on the senior management on
the OSF programs, policies and plans,, providing public access,
creating and influencing public opinion about NASA and the OSF,
building proactive partnerships with various external organizations
(other government agencies, international partners, and industrial/commercial
entities) and communicating internally and externally consistent
with NASA and Space Flight Enterprise Strategic plans.
