Ms. Goggin has lived in Northern Virginia
since 1971. She is fully aware of the difficulties women face
while working full-time, pursuing a college degree, and handling
their responsibilities at home, because she has done that!
She is a former advisory member to the Fairfax County Public
Schools on Social Studies (Sully Representative) as well as
past member of Virginia Council on the Status of Women (1998-2001).
Additionally, she is a graduate of Trinity College, Washington,
DC, and a member of the American Association of University Women.
She serves on the domestic violence and women's health committees
of the Commission for Women. She welcomes any inquiries from
women or girls in her district.
