Commonwealth to make sure that small businesses and businesses

for the Commonwealth's expenditures for goods and services.
He also directed all state agencies and public bodies to develop
a written program "to facilitate the participation of small
enterprises and enterprises owned by women and minorities in
procurement."
Virginia offers several resources for minority-owned businesses
and women-owned businesses. Be sure to visit the Resource Center
for a list of other helpful links. Please keep in mind that
