Welcome to the Sully District! My name is Kathy Smith, and I am the Supervisor for the Sully District. I represent our community on the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors. The Sully District, created after the 1990 US Census, is a historical community that is moving fast into the future! The Sully District comprises the area of western Fairfax County.
