Falls Church Human Service Programs to Move in August

In August, all of the Fairfax County Human Service agencies located at 6245 Leesburg Pike in Falls Church will move to 7611 Little River Turnpike in Annandale.
The move will take place in two phases.
Phase One: Department of Family Services to Move Aug. 16-22
The Fairfax County Department of Family Services offices at 6245
Leesburg Pike in Falls Church will close at 12 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 16.
They will open at 7611 Little River Turnpike in Annandale (Heritage
Center, West Wing) at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 22.
Phase Two: Health Department, Community Services Board, and
Neighborhood and Community Services to Move Aug. 23-30
The offices for these agencies at 6245 Leesburg Pike in Falls Church
will close at 12 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 23, and open at 7611 Little River
Turnpike in Annandale (Heritage Center, East Wing) at 8 a.m. on Thursday,
Aug. 30.

The new Annandale location will provide more and improved space and additional parking. The new location is within five miles of the current location, in the same geographical area for individuals who now receive services in the Falls Church building. It is also convenient for public transportation. This location is served by Connector routes 401 and 402. For more information about bus routes, please visit Fairfax Connector.
