WISH is a unique, first of its kind workforce and innovation center that helps community residents by equipping participants with job skills and supportive services that helps participants find jobs.

Career skills training including electrical, welding, carpentry, pre-apprenticeship classes, health field-related classes, CPR, First Aid, OSHA
Job assistance including career planning, job searching, interview assistance, application assistance, help with obstacles preventing job retention, and continuing support when needed
