Our Services Cost of Service Additional Information Our Services: We provide in-home care services*  through two programs. Call us at 703-324-7948, TTY 711 for help in determining the right program for you Adult Services Services are available on the basis of eligibility after an assessment by a Department of Family Services' social worker. ElderLink Services are available on a sliding scale basis depending on income. * In-home care refers to a wide range of services that help people remain in their own homes. This can include housekeeping, grocery shopping, bathing, etc. We help people with concerns about care provided by in-home care providers. For concerns regarding care by an in-home care provider, contact the Northern Virginia Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program. For concerns about abuse, neglect or financial exploitation, contact Fairfax County's Adult Protective Services at 703-324-7450 Cost of Service: Some of the in-home care services are free and others have fees based on income eligibility criteria.
