The Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP) of Fairfax County provides older adults free confidential insurance counseling about Medicare, Medicare drug and health plans, Medigap insurance and long-term care insurance.

How to Reach Us:

Depending on your need, volunteer counselors provide free counseling by telephone or in our office.
Counselors can come to your home if you cannot travel. Appointments are necessary.
