What is the Job Corner?
The Job Corner is a helpful and friendly place where youth ages 14-23 can get help finding a job, exploring careers, and learning about options for life after high school. Employment assistance is provided at no charge, as well as many other resources to help young people succeed.
You can get assistance with filling out applications, developing a resume, preparing for interviews, dressing for success and much more. There are also fun monthly events such as game nights, talent battles and other celebrations to recognize the efforts of young job seekers and workers who are keeping a steady job or attending school.

- Countless job leads, information about job fairs, summer employment programs and volunteer opportunities.
- Career assessments that show you your strengths and interests.
- Apprenticeship, college and job training resources.

- Computers with free Internet access.
For Youth, By Youth
The Youth Advisory Board is a group who ensure that the Job Corner functions for youth, by youth and that their opinions are heard.
Be a part of planning the first Fairfax County youth employment center. Develop your leadership skills, give back to your community and earn valuable volunteer hours.
