Remey

Remey is athletic, insightful and creative. He enjoys sports, movies and computer games.

In school, Remey works hard to achieve his academic goals and has stellar artistic skills. His drawings serve as a source of expression, pride and peace for him.

Remey would benefit from a family that will support him in graduating from high school and making a successful transition into adulthood.

(He would like a permanent connection.)

Rodney

Rodney loves sports. He plays on community baseball and basketball teams and also plays basketball at school.

Rodney performs musical and drama routines at holiday events and talent shows. He shows great interest in cooking and architecture. He often searches out books on these topics, cooks at home, and sketches buildings. He would like to work in a group home or food service.

Rodney has dreams of a permanent connection with a family.

Lauren

Lauren loves animals and volunteer work with older adults. She will thrive with a lot of one-on-one attention. Lauren is in the tenth grade, does well in school, and would like to go to college and study criminal science and/or law. She enjoys yoga and has a pet Guinea Pig. She likes to watch basketball, football and movies, and loves to read and write poetry.

Ser

Ser is a personable, charming and artistic eleven-year-old boy. He enjoys drawing, arts and crafts, playing with action figures and computer games. Ser also has a special interest in cars and knows a lot about different types of cars.

Ser is very focused in school and has been commended for being a star student and earning high grades. He also loves amusement parks, movies, bowling, the swimming pool, and the gym.

Damon

Damon is a kind and thoughtful young man who enjoys eating out, watching movies and going to the park.

He has recently discovered rock-collecting and can identify many different kinds of rocks. Damon likes school; he is very energetic and loves sports, especially basketball, rollerblading and riding his bike. Damon is accustomed to living with cats and would likely adjust to being around dogs, though he is a bit more apprehensive of dogs.

He is waiting for a forever home and genuinely desires the safety and comfort of a loving, committed family.

Adrianna

Adrianna is bilingual and loves to ice skate, make pottery, and sing. It is no coincidence that her favorite subject in school is art!

Adrianna is caring and very close to her two brothers. They enjoy attending summer camp together and the beach is their favorite vacation spot.

Christian

Christian is bilingual and loves to play sports, watch soccer, and play Nintendo DS. His favorite subject in school is social studies.

Christian is active, playful and very close to his two siblings. They enjoy attending summer camp together and the beach is their favorite vacation spot.

Jeremy

Jeremy  loves the outdoors, climbing on the playground and playing with toy trucks with his older brother and sister

Adrianna, Christian and Jeremy are siblings and are looking to be adopted by the same family.

Christabel

Christabel is spirited, fun loving people person. She enjoys reading, cooking, and clipping coupons. Christabel also has a real sense of style, and enjoys eating out, going to the movies, and just hanging out like a typical teen! In school, she excels in English. Christabel would love to have a big sister and a family to call her own.

Her favorite authors are Jodi Picoult and Nicholas Sparks. Her favorite music is Bob Marley and Drake. Her favorite activity is Zumba.

Alex

Alex is charming, analytical and creative with an infectious sense of humor. He plans on enlisting in a branch of the armed forces after graduating from high school. Alex enjoys watching football and is a Redskins fan.

Alex is bilingual (English and Spanish) and will benefit from a two- parent or single male parent family in the D.C. Metro area. He will do well in a home with male children his age or older.

Benny

Benny enjoys sports like swimming and karate, and he loves science and dogs.

Benny recently went to adventure camp and had great fun on the ropes course and zip line. He has been in the Boy Scouts and is very helpful to others.

Benny would love to find a two-parent family, preferably with one stay-at-home parent, and of course, a dog.

Benny has been placed for adoption.

Summer

Summer is in the 8th grade and already taking high school classes. She enjoys hiking and biking outdoors, and loves music and reading.

Summer is self-taught on piano and guitar - she can play a song by ear with just a few attempts. She would like a family that has a love for music and enjoys being active in the community.

Omar

Omar is energetic and enjoys outdoor activities and going to school.

Omar has a great spirit and tries very hard to excel in all sports. He is a good swimmer and wrestler.

When Omar is not busy participating in sports activities, he also enjoys playing with Legos and musical instruments. 

Omar has been placed for adoption.

Kayla

Kayla is an active and engaging girl; her energetic personality comes with a healthy appetite. Music, singing, tasty food, fashion and getting her hair and nails done are things that put a big smile on her face.

Kayla enjoys a before- and after-school program and a summer program. She is interested in becoming a cheerleader.

Destiny

Destiny is an athletic and energetic girl who is interested in dance, gymnastics and basketball and thrives when given the opportunities to partake in these sports.

She also enjoys participating in classroom work, playing with her friends and her toys. Her favorite color is hot pink. She enjoys a before- and after-school program during the school year and in the summer.
