throughout the county including libraries, senior centers and
churches. |

The ProjectThe Independent Living Project helps older people continue to live independently in their homes for as long as they like. The program consists of weekly two-hour sessions and lasts six to eight weeks. Each session has a workshop and a gentle exercise program that focuses on fall prevention. Participants may also sign up for a home safety inspection. Workshops cover:
