Aging, Disability and Caregiver Resources Line


Our Services:

  • We provide information on services to older adults, adults with disabilities and caregivers.  Call us or fill out the Online Request for Service Information, and we'll contact you.

  • We provide information in languages other than English.  When you call, ask for translation assistance.  If you speak Vietnamese, you may also choose to speak to a volunteer counselor who speaks Vietnamese.
