ANNOUNCING A *NEW* GARNISHMENT DOCKET Effective May 1, 2027, Garnishment and Warrant in Debt reservations will change as outlined below. Please review the updated scheduling requirements and case types carefully to ensure reservations are made correctly. 1. Garnishment Dockets Beginning May 1, 2027, garnishments will be heard Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 AM in Courtroom 2E. • Select the case type Garnishment – New for all garnishment reservations for court dates of May 1, 2027, or later. • Continue to select case type Garnishment for all garnishment reservations for court dates prior to May 1, 2027. Garnishments for court dates prior to May 1, 2027, will be heard on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 9:30AM in Courtroom 2A. • Reservation cap: The limit will remain at 25 garnishments per firm per court date. 2. Warrant in Debt Dockets Beginning May 1, 2027, the case type for Warrant in Debt reservations will change to Warrant in Debt – New. These cases will continue to be heard on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 9:30AM in Courtroom 2A. • Reservations for court dates May 1, 2027, or later will use case type Warrant in Debt – New. • Continue to select case type Warrant in Debt for all warrant in debt reservations for court dates before May 1, 2027. • Reservation cap: The limit will be 50 Warrant in Debt cases per firm per court date. Important: Beginning May 1, 2027, the total docket reservation cap of 50 cases on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 9:30 will apply exclusively to Warrant in Debt cases and will no longer include garnishments. Please reserve ONLY the number of Warrant in Debt cases you intend to file. 3. Unlawful Detainer Dockets There are no changes to the unlawful detainer case type for reservations.
