Additionally, vendors can sign up to receive solicitations notifications through the state’s procurement platform called eVA. 

You may also obtain the same information and stay up to date using our third-party solicitation management software called Bonfire. 

Standard instructions, clauses and requirements incorporated into all solicitations (IFB/RFP) and resulting contracts which are derived from laws, or administrative procedures of the Fairfax County Government. View instructions.

Bidders are responsible for checking the appropriate operating status for possible delays or closings.

County Bids: Check website http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov, the emergency information blog https://fairfaxcountyemergency.wordpress.com/ or 703-324-3201. If the operating status for the County is closed, unscheduled leave, or delayed opening, bids and proposals will be due at the same time on the next regular business day. Pre-bid or pre-proposal conferences will be rescheduled.
