More than 75,000 Fairfax County residents experience food insecurity. Fairfax County offers a variety of food assistance options for all residents. If you or someone you know need food assistance, please explore the below options:
Individuals and Families
SNAP : Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) for low-income individuals and families.
Women, Infants, and Children (WIC): Supplemental food program for pregnant, postpartum or nursing women, infants, or children under five years of age.
Congregate Meals Program: Offers prepared lunches for participants and guests of Senior Centers.
Meals on Wheels: Provides meals to older adults who live in Fairfax County and the cities of Falls Church and Fairfax.
