JURY DEPARTMENT

The Jury Department of the Fairfax Circuit Court is located on the fifth floor of the Fairfax County Courthouse at 4110 Chain Bridge Road in Suite 503. The Department is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Telephone 703-246-2292 (TTY 711), Fax 703-359-4389 and email jurymailbox@fairfaxcounty.gov. Jurors should report to the Reporting Location shown on their Summons for Jury Duty. Parking is available in the Public Parking Garage (B) located at 10550 Page Avenue.

Jury Assembly Area Accommodations

For Jurors Reporting to the Fairfax County Courthouse at 4110 Chain Bridge Road:

The Jury Assembly Area is equipped with free public phones, a refrigerator, a microwave, a vending machine and a fax machine. Wireless computer access is also available. You will need to ask the jury clerk for the access codes.

Cafeteria

There is a public cafeteria that serves breakfast and lunch on the C-level of the Fairfax County Courthouse. Effective August 20, 2020, they take cashless transactions ONLY. There is also a refrigerator and a microwave available in the Jury Assembly Area for you to use if you prefer to bring your lunch. You will be allowed one hour for lunch. If you have any questions please call the telephone number provided above.

ATM Machines

ATM machines are located on the first floor of the Fairfax County Courthouse.

Dress Code

You should wear comfortable but appropriate attire. For your comfort, be prepared for heating and air conditioning fluctuations in the court rooms and jury rooms.

Parking and Transportation

The Fairfax County Courthouse is located in the City of Fairfax at 4110 Chain Bridge Road. This is just south of the intersection of Route 123 (Chain Bridge Road) and Route 236 (Main Street or Little River Turnpike).

The Historic Courthouse is located in Old Town Fairfax, which stands at the intersection of Main Street (Route 236) and Chain Bridge Road (Route 123).
