Community members are invited to learn about and provide feedback on the DSC-D3-1 submission (Wall Road) site and a proposal to consider a reduction in the planned retail and office uses for the site. The subject property is located at the northwest corner of the Wall Road/Centreville Road intersection, and is currently vacant. The Wall Road site falls in Land Unit D-3 of the Dulles Suburban Center (which includes Discovery Square and is adjacent to the Chantilly Highlands subdivision).
