Fairfax County is evaluating potential changes to land use recommendations for two areas in the Dulles Suburban Center, located at the intersections of McLearen Road and Centreville Road, and Centreville Road and Wall Road. The proposed changes include planning the Lincoln Park study area for residential use (townhomes or multi-family) with the potential for up to 483 residential units; and planning the Discovery Square area for a mix of retail and residential (multi-family) use with a potential for up to 108 residential units.
