Sign Up to Speak Before the Board of Supervisors

You may provide testimony at public hearings in person*, in writing, by phone or video. For submission deadlines, speaking time and complete details visit the ways to provide public hearing testimony webpage. 

* In person testimony is not allowed at electronic / virtual meetings, as noted on the meeting page. Please check the Board Meeting schedule and the agenda/package for each meeting to know whether the Board will be meeting in person or electronically.

  • The deadline for video submissions is 9:00 a.m. on the Monday before the Tuesday Board meeting.
  • For telephone testimony you will be contacted at the preferred phone number you include on this form. 
  • Only one individual may speak as the representative of any one group or association and must be authorized by that group or association to speak on its behalf.
