Supervisor Bierman will be holding a Dranesville District Budget Town Hall with Dranesville District School Board member, Robyn Lady. Budget staff will present the FY 2026 budget and be available to answer questions. The meetings will be livestreamed on Supervisor Bierman's Facebook page.

County Executive Bryan Hill presented his FY 2026 Advertised Budget Plan at the February 18 meeting of the Board of Supervisors. The budget plan proposes nearly $60 million in spending reductions, a 1.5 cent increase in the real estate tax rate, a 2% increase in the transient occupancy tax, an increase of $125.3 million over last year’s transfer to FCPS, a 2% cost-of-living adjustment and performance-based pay increases for County employees, and an additional $8.5 million in affordable housing.
