Join the THRIVE movement and become a THRIVE Business Coach in Fairfax County! The Thrive grant administrator, LEDC, is seeking to contract with one or more qualified organizations that can provide business coaching services. As a THRIVE Coach you will guide and support local businesses on their journey to success. The selected Coach(es) will collaborate with THRIVE businesses to determine the specific technical assistance needed and connect them with qualified THRIVE Consultants. 

The selection process for THRIVE Coaches will be conducted through a Request for Proposals (RFP), with successful Coaches entering into a one-year contract with the Program administrator, LEDC. There is currently $200,000 in funding allocated for business coaching services to address the needs of up to 500 qualified businesses. Business Coaches that are contracted are not guaranteed to serve a specific number of businesses.

•    Good Business Standing
