As a consultant you will play a vital role in delivering tailored technical assistance to local businesses, guided by THRIVE Coaches. With the potential to provide up to $10,000 in valuable assistance, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by imparting your expertise to local Fairfax County organizations. Your knowledge in business operations, marketing, and/or financial planning will be invaluable in helping businesses thrive.

By becoming a THRIVE Business Consultant, you'll enjoy numerous benefits. The THRIVE initiative will be widely marketed throughout the county, expanding your visibility and enhancing your professional network. Additionally, you will have the chance to serve clients who may not typically be able to afford your expertise, making a meaningful difference in their success. Consultants will deliver technical assistance directly to THRIVE small businesses. Following a consultation with Business Coaches, Consultants will be connected with individual small businesses.

Each engagement between a Consultant and a small business will focus the delivery of one or more services, and the total value of services will not exceed $10,000.
