For Adults With Children

Please contact Coordinated Services Planning at 703-222-0880 (TTY 711), Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A Human Services Specialist will work with you to identify your family's needs and to determine eligibility for shelter or other emergency services and make the necessary referrals.

If you need assistance after normal business hours, please go directly to the nearest family shelter (see below).

Adults without children who are in need of shelter should call one of the three emergency shelters that serve single adults (see below).
