Housing and Community Development Alert:
This regular meeting of the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) is presently scheduled to be held electronically due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. As conditions pertaining to the pandemic evolve, this virtual meeting may be reconsidered.
Revised Meeting Agenda:
The purpose of this meeting is for the FCRHA to conduct a public hearing and to take action on specified Resolutions and to continue with its duties and responsibilities. The meeting comports with continuity in government, is statutorily required, or is necessary to continue the operations of the FCRHA because it ensures that the FCRHA continues certain essential functions and services including conducting public hearings, approving project financing, review of contracts/agreements for potential approval, taking actions on key policy documents, ensuring the ongoing viability of affordable housing development projects, and taking actions in which time is of the essence or are administratively necessary. Failure to take these actions could cause irreparable harm to the programs and services of the FCRHA.
