We know that buying a home can be a very complex and confusing process - especially in the Fairfax County housing market - but we have a variety of resources and trained experts that can help you all along the way. Through our programs we can:

• Provide access for low- and moderate-income households to homes at below-market prices through the Affordable Dwelling Unit and Workforce Dwelling Unit programs.
• Provide avenues for down payment assistance, lowering interest rates, and reducing mortgage principal for qualified homebuyers (as funding is available)
• Provide pre- and post-purchase counseling
