Spring Program 2019

April 15 - 19, 2019

The School Age Child Care program provides fun, safe and educational care for children in kindergarten - sixth grade before school, after school and during school vacations in most Fairfax County elementary schools.

SACC's Spring Program is offered at 24 sites throughout the county. To enroll your child at a location near your home or office, please call SACC Registration at 703-449-8989, TTY 711 Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., except holidays.

Join us for this year's Spring SACC program! The weeklong program will offer experiences in science, technology, sports, and the visual and performing arts. Children will also enjoy the opportunity to spend time with friends and participate in some of their favorite games and activities. A culminating event at the end of the week will highlight the children's discoveries!

Mysteries Unlimited: Let’s Figure It Out!

During SACC’s spring program, children will put their curiosity and natural sleuthing skills to the test as they take on a variety of puzzles, mysteries, and challenges. Children will ask questions, use their problem-solving skills, share their solutions and become Mystery Masterminds! Whether creating mystery boxes, solving team challenges, designing art mysteries, writing and performing mysteries, guessing the mystery food, reading a “Whodunit?” story, decoding secret messages, or going on a scavenger hunt, there is a fun adventure in store for everyone.

The spring program will culminate with an exciting “mystery reveal.” Throughout the week, children will also enjoy time to relax with a good book, play some of their favorite games and make new friends.

7 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.

Kindergarten - 6th grade

Your child will need to bring a packed lunch and beverage each day. Please label both with your child's name and the date.

Snacks are provided in the morning and afternoon. A snack menu will be posted near the sign-out area.

Spring program fees are based on the adjusted household income, which is the gross household income minus $4,050 for each child under the age of 18.
