Department of Family Services Alert:
"Caring for You, Caring for Me" is a blend of interactive support and education for caregivers of older adults. This free program focuses on advocacy and care for both the caregiver and care recipient. Participants report increased feelings of confidence and competence in their caregiving role after attending this program. (Sessions are held for 5 weeks every Tuesday, 1:30-3:30 p.m. from July 31-August 28, 2018.)
