CALL TO ORDER

Commission Chair Gloria Crawford called the Wednesday, December 04, 2019 Commission meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

Approval of Agenda: Due to the lack of a quorum the Commission could not approve the December 4, 2019 Agenda.

Approval of Minutes: Due to the lack of a quorum the Commission could not approve the November 20, 2019 Minutes.

STAFF ISSUES: There were no Staff Issues.

COMMISSION BUSINESS:

HRC #2015116E – Appeal. It was moved by Commissioner Salinas and seconded by Commissioner Alber that staff findings be upheld, and this matter be dismissed due to no cause finding. This motion passed by unanimous vote.

HRC #2017029E – Appeal. It was moved by Commissioner Salinas and seconded by Commissioner Alber that this matter be returned to staff to contact witnesses. Once this is done, staff will present the findings at the next commission meeting. This motion passed by unanimous vote.

HRC #2019062H – FIR. Due to the lack of a quorum the commission could not consider this Housing matter.

HRC #201089H – Conciliation Agreement. Due to the lack of a quorum the Commission could not consider this Housing matter.

COMMUNITY CONCERNS: There were no Community Concerns.

PENDING BUSINESS: Election of Officers – to be tabled for a future Commission meeting. Commissioner Jimenez added that he would like to run for the Commissioner Secretary seat.

NEW BUSINESS: There was no New Business.
