Families

The Infant and Toddler Connection of Fairfax-Falls Church is open and receiving referrals via phone and online referral form. Assessments and services are being offered to families via a HIPAA compliant Telepractice platform. If you have questions please call us at 703-246-7121.

Families can self-refer for Infant & Toddler Connection services:

If calling or emailing, be sure to include your name, phone number, zip code and a brief statement of your concerns. Please also include the best times for the intake coordinator to call you.

Early intervention supports and services focus on increasing the child’s participation in activities that are important to the family. Supports and services also help parents and other caregivers find ways to help the child learn and participate in everyday activities.

Infant & Toddler Connection is here to help families in our community get the services their children need.
