Scope – This project includes stream restoration using Natural Channel Design techniques of approximately 1,685 LF of Coon Branch and unnamed tributaries of the Coon Branch stream channel and 578 LF sanitary sewer installation, rehab, CCTV and new manhole installation. This project also includes the demolition and reconstruction of a pedestrian bridge and the removal of naturally occurring asbestos rocks. The rocks shall be removed and disposed of at an approved facility. The contractor is responsible for all requirements of OSHA. 29 CFR 1926.1101. The work will occur North of Little River Turnpike, south of Malcom Ct. east of Interstate 495 and west of Hummer Road in the Annadale Community Park in Fairfax County, VA.
