Request for Qualifications - Flood Mitigation & Monitoring, Dam Safety Program Services, Basic Ordering Agreement
Scope - The County of Fairfax, Virginia, Department of Public Works and Environmental Services (DPWES) is soliciting statements of qualifications from engineering firms to provide services on a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to support Fairfax County's participation in the National Federal Insurance Program (NFIP), flood mitigation and monitoring, dam safety, and other ancillary engineering services that may be needed. These services will be required on a task order basis. The initial agreement will be established to run for a 12-month term with the option of four additional 12-month terms (up to 48 months). Pursuant to Virginia State Code, BOAs have a maximum of $5 million per year, with no individual task order exceeding $2.5 million. However, this contract is not anticipated to exceed a total value of $1.0 million per year. DPWES anticipates the award of one or more BOAs to support the programs described above.

Request for Qualifications - Tysons Fire Station #29 and Bus Transit Facility
Scope – for statements of qualifications from architectural and engineering consulting firms for design and construction administration services for the new Tysons Fire Station #29 and bus transit facility anticipated to be located at 8300 Jones Branch Drive, McLean, Virginia
Addendum No. 1 - In lieu of seven copies of statements of qualifications, consultant teams may elect to submit electronically to the following address no later than 4 p.m., local prevailing time, March 23, 2020: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note each email cannot have attachments over 20MB, multiple emails may be sent. Once the submission is received, an email will be sent to the consultant team confirming receipt.
Addendum No. 2 - In response to the current environment due to COVID-19, the submission deadline for the Tysons Fire Station #29 and Bus Transit Facility RFQ has been extended by two weeks. All statements of qualifications shall be delivered no later than 4 p.m., local prevailing time, April 6, 2020.
