Location – Providence & Dranesville Districts
Scope - Construction of 2,300 LF of asphalt walkway, 8 feet wide on Magarity Road from Ware Road to Peabody Drive. A retaining wall (92 LF) and 5-foot concrete sidewalk (300 LF) are also required. Other improvements in this project include excavation, grading, concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage, milling, asphalt and concrete paving, pavement marking, water mains and service connections, guardrail, fencing, handrails and railings, driveway entrances, signage, seeding, mulching, restoration and other miscellaneous items.
