Please join us at our April Technical Review Committee! The Northern Virginia SWCD Technical Review Committee meets regularly to review and address conservation plans and practices including Soil and Water Quality Conservation Plans, Virginia Conservation Assistance Program and Conservation Assistance Program applications, and the Virginia Agricultural Cost-Share Program.
