Northern Virginia Soil and Water Conservation District Alert:
The purpose of the Northern Virginia Soil and Water Conservation District's (NVSWCD) Technical Review Committee (TRC) is to review technical components of all conservation plans that would go before the NVSWCD Board of Directors for approval, proposed/potential agricultural cost-share projects, and related documents and materials, including:

Annual cost lists and limits
Spot checks
Meetings are scheduled for the third Tuesday of every month at 10:00 am, which is one week prior to the NVSWCD Board of Directors meeting to allow time for any changes to take place and for the incorporation of material into Board meeting packages. The committee provides recommendations to the Board for formal action.
