Aligning with One Fairfax
At the one-year anniversary of the adoption of the first-ever Countywide Strategic Plan, Fairfax continues its strong economic recovery while continuing to remain focused on serving the people and places who lack equal access to opportunity, as set forth in our One Fairfax policy.

FCPS Strategic Planning Process
Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) is developing a new Strategic Plan that will serve as a future roadmap. The strategic planning phase will run from October 2022 to May 2023 and will focus on alignment of goals, processes, programs and people while working through what a shared future may look like.
