Dialectical Behavior Therapy Group: This group, through the George Mason University Center for Psychological Service, incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills to help adults (18 years and older) cope with and manage intense emotions. The group meets on a weekly basis, and it takes about 24 weeks to complete all the skills modules included in the group's curriculum. All group members are required to have an individual therapist while participating in the group. The group runs continuously throughout the year and accepts new members in "rolling admissions."
