June 24, 2025 - The Fairfax County Sheriff's Office will sell at public auction, for cash, CNI Holdings, Inc, stock certificate #C-48 to satisfy an actual levy issued by the Fairfax County Circuit Court in the amount of $645,476.22. The sale will take place at the Courthouse Complex at 4110 Chain Bridge Rd., Fairfax. Please see flyer for more information.

December 3, 2024 - The Fairfax County Sheriff's Office will sell at public auction, for cash, a 2023 BMW 430 XI, and two 2021 Kia Souls to satisfy a distress/seizure warrant issued by the Fairfax County Department of Tax Administration in the amount of $41,655.02. A 2008 Ford F350 sold for $6,600. The auction satisfied a portion of an actual levy issued by the Fairfax County Circuit Court in the amount of $3,036,419. Sale flyer with VIN and photos of the truck's exterior.

PAST SALE RESULTS: 2-7-2024
2018 Mercedes S560 | 2016 Bentley Continental | 2012 Porsche 911 Turbo (sale flyer). The 2016 Bentley Continental was sold for $82,000. The 2012 Porche 911 Turbo was sold for $55,000. With the two sales, the Sheriff's Office met the amount of the court-issued judgment and did not need to sell the 2018 Mercedes S560. The vehicle's owner was able to retrieve it.
