The 5-Day Nonpayment Notice is no longer valid. The 14-Day Nonpayment Notice has replaced it. HB15-2026 Regular Session LIS.

The Civil Enforcement section is responsible for serving court papers issued from all Virginia State courts and those processes issued from other states that are being served in Fairfax County
