Reduce and Divert Waste

Waste management is a contributing factor to our overall greenhouse gas emissions and therefore must be a part of the plan to move our community to carbon neutrality. By reducing the amount of waste we produce, we can cut back on emissions from the waste itself and from waste processing. We can also work to divert waste from landfills and other waste processing facilities through recycling and composting.

On this page you will find information about various ways we can reduce and divert the waste we produce. Please visit often as this page will be updated with new information over time.
