Commonwealth's Attorney Raymond F. Morrogh informed Colonel Edwin C. Roessler Jr., Chief of the Fairfax County Police Department, on Friday, May 19, that he found no basis for criminal liability on the part of the Fairfax County police officer involved in the deployment of deadly force on Jan. 16, 2017, at 13316 Covered Wagon Lane, Herndon,Va.
