Update: Metrobus Operator Work Action Impacts in Fairfax County

Metrobus service in Fairfax County continues to be impacted by a job action against Metrobus’s contractor. To view the list of Metrobus routes affected, go to www.wmata.com/service/status/details/pm-metrobus-service-virginia-job-action-oct-24.cfm#main-content. Yesterday, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors urged Metro General Manager Paul Wiedefeld to take steps to ensure this matter is resolved in a fair and expeditious manner. Update on Fairfax Connector Supplemental Service on Route 306

 **The limited temporary rush-hour service on Fairfax Connector Route 306-GMU-Pentagon will no longer operate starting tomorrow, Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019.**

This afternoon, Wednesday, Oct. 30, three (3) supplemental southbound trips on Route 306 from the Pentagon will be leaving at 5 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m., but please be advised that the 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. supplemental trips previously operated will be discontinued.
