A new mural for Seven Corners is in the works, and county residents are invited to be part of the design process.
The proposed mural will be located at Willston Centre I in Seven Corners, and is part of Paint It, Fairfax!, the mural program created to enhance the county's eight Commercial Revitalization Districts and Areas and showcase each community’s unique assets.
A community survey is open through Saturday, Feb. 28 and offers residents the opportunity to submit style preferences and design ideas that will help ensure this new piece of public art reflects the distinctive spirit of the Seven Corners community. Survey responses will directly assist the mural’s selection committee in selecting a theme, choosing an artist and finalizing the project design.
