Channel 16 is celebrating 40 years of excellence in government television. It all began on September 10, 1984, when Fairfax County Government Channel 16 recorded the first Board of Supervisors’ meeting. Over the years, our channel has broadened its programming to include relevant, inclusive, and accessible content for everyone.
