Scam Jam took place on Wednesday, April 30 at NVCC Annandale. People who attended listened to different guest speakers, including members of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors. They also visited tables set up by county agencies and nonprofits that work to protect older adults from scams and abuse. Additionally, attendees watched a short movie called HOAP: Heroes of Adult Protection, which showed the important work done by Adult Protective Service workers.
