The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) and Conifer Realty have started renovations at Telestar Court in Falls Church. They are converting empty office space into affordable housing. This is the first time in Fairfax County that office space is being transformed into residential housing. The project in the Mosaic area will create 80 affordable homes from under-used office space.
