In July 2025, Aamir and Tovoia Johnson adopted four brothers who had entered foster care in November 2022, providing them with a loving and stable home. Over 230 children in Fairfax County are in foster care today. The Fairfax County Department of Family Services works to connect these children with foster families and find permanent homes when reunification isn't possible.
